Group Class Cancellation/Missed Class Policy: Once you register for a class, that spot is held for you and cannot be taken by another student. Due to the limited numbers allowed in each class, we do not allow refunds for students who wish to withdraw from a class after registering for a spot. If you must miss a class, we would be happy to send you the homework, but we do not allow make ups or refunds for missed classes. Classes cancelled by BDTA due to teacher illness or inclement weather will be rescheduled.
Private Lesson Cancellation/No-Show Policy: Once you register for a time slot, that spot is held for you and cannot be taken by another student. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for private lessons. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we are happy to do that free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. If you need to cancel 24-2 hours before your appointment, we charge a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 2 hours of your scheduled appointment time or do not show up for the appointment, you will be charged the full amount of your service and we cannot offer refunds or credits toward rescheduling at that time.
Health Requirements: We require all dogs to have been in your home for at least two weeks before the first class. We also require that all dogs be up to date on vaccinations for their age group following your veterinarian's protocol. It is highly recommended that all dogs be up to date on heart worm and flea/tick prevention following your veterinarian's protocol. Dogs that have Parvo are not eligible for group classes for 30 days post symptoms resolving. Dogs with kennel cough are not eligible for classes for 14 days post symptoms resolving.
